HAMPSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY You meet at 7pm, at the quietest part of the beach on not the sunniest of days, it'll be quiet, right? Wrong. We just just a slight shock when we pulled in and the Kite Armada was taking place, the car park is shut and parts of the beach have marquees erected on them...oh. BUT it all worked out fine, with some selective angles to avoid marquees and too much windswept hair, we had a fabulous time and got them lots of beautiful photos!

Emma & Chris had got the 'legal bit' over and done with earlier in the week, so that they could share their wedding cermeony with their nearest and dearest at Tournerbury Woods on Hayling Island over looking Langstone Harbour. Surrounded by woodland on one side and the water on the other, this really is the place to have your ceremony if you're looking for somewhere truly unique. With a bouquet made from flowers from a neighbours garden, and Emmas mum holding the hand fasting ceremony, complete with hymns, readings and a song sung by Emmas brother, the ceremony alone had so many personal components, which made this a really emotional…

As a restaurant owner and manager, Lucy had an amazing attention to detail. Part of a large family, they really all teamed together to make this day extra special. For example, Lucy's sister is famous for her baking, and rather then just making one cake, she made them SIX! TOURNERBURY WOODS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER Last summer I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Lauren & Marcs wedding at Tournerbury Woods Estate on Hayling Island. Starting off the day, the ladies got ready at Number Four Hotel in Southsea, which was a real treat for a photographer! With its huge windows it was full of light and the furnishings were a backdrop dream! The ceremony took place outside in the grounds of Tournerbury Woods, after Lauren took a short drive in a Vinnies Vintage Vehicles VW with her Dad over to Tournerbury from Southsea. The relaxed nature of the couple, spread to the entire wedding, continuing after the wedding ceremony through to the drinks reception on the sea front. NEWTOWN HOUSE HOTEL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER Set in the middle of Hayling Island, just minutes from the beach is the beautiful Newtown House Hotel. I've been lucky enough to photograph several weddings here over the years, and this wedding didn't disappoint! Keana has a real eye for detail, and within seconds of walking into the bridal prep you could see how thought out the whole day was. Beautiful pastel bouquets by The Seaside Florist went perfectly with the bridesmaids dresses and Keana's shoes (THE shoes!) The day was filled with personal touches, such as the car Keana arrived in was 'made up' (I'm clearly not a car person) by James!
