I found Hana after seeing some photos she had captured on Instagram on a friends sisters wedding, those photos looked amazing so I immediately did an Instagram stalk and of course sent the link to my two best gal pals, we were all sold straight away and I hadn’t even contacted Hana at this point so I was hoping she would be free for our day! After some more insta stalking I decided to book Hana on our email correspondence alone, I got such a good vibe that I knew I needed to nab her before anyone else got her! After meeting within minutes of chatting it felt like I had known Hana my whole life! Hana has an amazing ability to capture a special moment and make you feel so at ease whilst doing so, no awkwardness at all. My husband hates his photo being taken and so convincing him we should have a photographer was a mission on its self, but on the day he couldn’t stop praising how great he thought Hana was and after reviewing the photos we were absolutely besotted! Unfortunately we had a difficult hotel owner at our wedding and Hana was an absolute rocket in making sure we got the photos and taking control, (i’m sorry you had to deal with him! But thank you!) all our friends and family have commented on just how lovely Hana was everyone adores our photos. Having Hana at our wedding felt as if we had a friend there and I think that is a really special characteristic that Hana has. I cannot recommend Hana enough and look for any opportunity to use her myself again, or indeed recommend her to anyone getting married!! Even though we’ve only seen our sneak peak photos we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made having Hana as our photographer! She was amazing on the day, keeping everything very fun and never too serious! She captured everything we wanted and more and made the day run so smoothly! Not only did she take amazing photos, she also helped with last minute preparations such as helping put my veil in! So helpful and full of many tips! I’ve tried to write this review a handful of times but the words fail me. Hana is beyond amazing, she was brilliant from the first email through to our last photo! I love Hana’s style and she defiantly captured some beautiful photos of the whole day. She feels more like a friend to me than our wedding photographer, we talked for hours at our meetings and would wonder where the time went. I think it’s important to have people like that in your life but also on the biggest day of your life, Hana is one of those people you need on your wedding day. She made me get dressed, eat and feel as if she was one of my bridesmaids. She made me laugh and feel fully at ease. I could go on and on about Hana but hopefully you’ll she her work and book her! Hana thank you so much for everything you did for us on our wedding day. Not just the photographs but the organising, help with guests, getting dressed etc. You were like one of the family and make us feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the day. We really appreciated the little touches such as the sweets and card that came with our memory stick. Hana is just amazing! I knew from our first meeting that she was the photographer for us. She is so friendly, on the day it just felt like we had all known her years. My Dad even commented on how lovely she is and he’s a hard man to please! My now husband (sounds weird), really isn’t comfortable in front of the camera but Hana put him at ease and we have such beautiful photos of our special day. Hana – photographer to the rescue! We had seen and loved Hana’s photographs from a friend’s wedding a couple years ago, however when it came to our wedding, another friend had offered to do it as a gift. Then, suddenly, a couple weeks before the wedding, Daryl and I found ourselves without a photographer! In stepped Hana. She was so calm, friendly, approachable and lovely, we instantly felt 1000x better and at ease. She gave us lots of tips to help our day run smoothly, and considering the very late notice we had given her, the whole process was easy and stress-free. On our day, Hana felt like a friend, she was with us taking amazing and beautiful photos, but never encroaching on us, never demanding and our guests complimented her relaxed and friendly approach. We absolutely love our photos. Hans captured some stunning moments, both natural and formal, and we will treasure them. Now we can’t wait to make our album! Thank you Hana you lovely lady. I don’t want to repeat what the other 70+ people have already said, but Hana is an incredible wedding photographer! In the lead up to the wedding Hana made me feel at ease and was full of invaluable tips and tricks. On the day she was more than just a photographer, it was like having another bridesmaid!! She thought of absolutely everything on the morning of the wedding. She kept me hydrated, ensured I ate breakfast and she even got me into my dress all whilst capturing beautiful photos and being 8 months pregnant!! Throughout the day she was just as amazing, our guests loved her and felt totally at ease with her around as she just seemed like one of them! I would absolutely recommend Hana to anyone and I will definitely be using her again for family photos when the time comes! Thank you Hana, you’re a star!

We had the most amazing wedding day and a lot of that was to do with this wonderful, talented lady! Hana is an amazing photographer and such a lovely person she felt like a friend on the day. Quick decisions were made between us and Hana on the day when things didn’t go according to plan, making things go ahead without any stress. She allows you time to be with your guests, nothing worse than a bride and groom disappearing for hours for photos! And at the end of it you get beautiful photos that show the story of the day. Such a talented lady! We could not be happier with our choice of wedding photographer, from the moment I first met Hana I knew that she was going to be with us on our big day. Her communication was great and I was so impressed with her previous work that she showed us at our first meeting. My sister also had Hana to photograph her wedding and when I saw the results of her day I couldn’t get any more excited! During our pre wedding photo shoot we were put at ease and gave us the chance to have a few informal shots at our venue; we were able to look around a show Hana some of the spots we liked ready for the big day. From the very start of the day Hana, was more than just a photographer, she helped us to keep track of time (despite all efforts I still managed to arrive spectacularly late, but this did not phase Hana!), She helped us get bags to the church and she kept us all calm when we realised time had crept on. Even on the wettest of days, Hana was such a professional and stayed out in the rain whilst we were in the dry for our group shots and took us out for couple shots when the rain was less heavy. We absolutely love our photos and they have captured our day so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Hana’s services. Hana is an absolutely incredible photographer! From first meeting Hana, she was easy to talk to and friendly – and this continued through out the process leading up to the wedding! Hana was always quick to respond and had some great recommendations for suppliers. The pre wedding shoot was so much fun and enabled us to become a lot more comfortable with each other in front of the camera (neither of us are exactly models!!). We knew we wanted a photographer that wouldn’t be too intrusive so that we could relax and enjoy our day and Hana was the perfect person for us. She made us feel completely relaxed all day and really helped with the flow of the day by rounding up guests and co-ordinating proceedings which allowed us to make the most of every minute! So many of our wedding guests commented on how great Hana was! Even when she wasn’t taking photos she was a great addition to the guest list!! We got our wedding photos back just a couple of weeks later and they were amazing! They were everything we could have hoped for and more! We can’t wait to see the photo album now! Brilliant. We could probably reel off a list of other complimentary adjectives too. Hana was very discreet and low-profile on the day aside from the group shots where clear direction was obviously required. This made the entire bridal party very relaxed, allowed us to concentrate on the key events of the day and enjoy all of the best moments. Hana somehow managed to capture a vast number of excellent photos from a variety of angles, against different backdrops, with all of the key players and with no distracting background objects. Hana’s portfolio is outstanding and unusually, unlike most other photographers, displays much fuller sets of perfect photos on the web site – whilst most others only have a handful of the best to tempt you through the door. We had high expectations on quality (despite both being worried about how we would look on camera) and it is not an understatement to say that we were literally bowled over with the quality and the number of fantastic photos – with a great many artistic shots amongst them. If you want to avoid the standard set of photos that most people opt for and instead get creative, beautifully lit, fantastically focused shots, with dramatic depth of field and wonderful memories to look back on in years to come … not to mention an enthusiastic and (damned) hard working photographer that does the job without interrupting the action – you could do no better than go to Hana. Hana was our wedding photographer and definitely did not disappoint! Thank you for being so patient, for taking sooo many photos when we weren’t looking and for being more like a friend than a photographer. I’d recommend Hana to anyone! Thank you!!!

Hana was so fantastic to work with, I really wanted to find someone who would make us both feel comfortable and also understand that we didn’t want to spend half our day posing for photos in a line and we didn’t feel this way at all. She was such a help in the morning as well and felt like part of the wedding party not just a photographer

I researched on so many photographers but Hana’s photography skills and works had really grabbed my attention. I was adamant to have her, so I quickly made contact and to my delight she was available on our date. We met up in a pub halfway, she was so relaxed and we were impressed how she was not panicking as many people would have when meeting me and my husband for the first time as we are both deaf. We knew she was the one and booked her as we wanted a photographer who treats us as normal and for us to be relaxed around. We were lucky as she now have increased her price! We had pre-wedding shoots and they were fab as well the wedding photos. She listened to my requests and kept me in the loop with what she will do. Fanastic communication and always replies asap. She even helped to take my veil out when it became really annoying at the end! Would totally recommend her!! Xx

Hana was an absolutely amazing photographer for our wedding at Upwaltham Barns – we cannot fault her in anyway and are so glad we chose her. In the lead up to the wedding Hana was so helpful and responded quickly to our e-mails. We also really enjoyed our pre-wedding shoot! On the wedding day Hana was lovely to have around and to spend time with. Having our photos taken felt completely relaxed and happy. She worked really well with our guests for the group photos but she also took lots of natural photos to really capture the day. Our friends and family commented on how great Hana was too! After the wedding Hana got our wedding photos to us really quickly – I think it was just under a fortnight. She put in so much effort into the photo editing when there were a few extra things we wanted doing to them before they were all finalised and sent to us. The photos were all beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for! Thank you Hana. If you are looking for a wedding photographer then don’t hesitate in booking Hana, she’s amazing!

Hana did the photos for our wedding in January, and we are thrilled with them. She understood what we wanted, and provided up with a huge folder of photos. Guests all commented on how fantastic she was, chatting to guests enough to get the photos we wanted without being in the way. We would highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Hana enough! We loved her so much my Sister In Law to be is having Hana as her photographer for her wedding this year! Our wedding was in July last year, so this review is a little overdue but definitely very deserved! Hana is so easy to get on with and makes you feel completely at ease! My husband is a manly farmer who hates having his picture taken but found Hana so easygoing. Hana goes the extra mile, for example giving my bridesmaids tips for doing all the buttons on my dress up – using a teaspoon! (Who would have thought?!) Her photography is absolutely beautiful and she has a lovely eye for detail! Thank you so much Hana!

Hana did such a great job photographing our wedding in July. She was extremely easy to get along with and made everyone feel comfortable. Many of our guests commented about how nice she was and the photos were better than we imagined. We especially loved all the candid shots from the day! I would highly recommend Hana as a wedding photographer. I found Hana through Pinterest when looking at pictures of our venue. Not only is Hana an amazing photographer but she’s also a lovely person. My husband hates his photo being taken so it was a bit of a challenging task for her however through her warmth and humour we both felt very relaxed around her and this is reflected in the photos we have.

We’re so chuffed to have had Hana as our wedding photographer. For two people not entirely at home in front of the camera (actually, that’s a massive understatement in my case), we were really keen on having a photographer who was friendly and could put us at ease – Hana is without a doubt that person. Not only did she capture the most stunningly beautiful images for us to look back on, she handled the whole day with aplomb, going above and beyond – right from guest-wrangling to things way out of the ‘photographer’ remit like fixing up my flagging hair! Having worked with Hana on numerous occasions, as soon as my daughter and son in law fixed their wedding date we booked her. Not only is Hana an amazing photographer but having her at your wedding is an absolute asset. Her wealth of experience with weddings is invaluable on the day and her calm and unflustered manner, especially during the Bridal prep keeps what could be a very stressful time incredibly relaxed. I think my daughter summed it up when we arrived at the wedding venue and she saw Hana was waiting for us and she said “I feel so much better now I have seen Hana” – this really is the effect she has on everyone around her. Throughout the day Hana is with you, you barely notice her presence but then everywhere you look she is there – often lying on the floor to get the best shot!! – and getting everyone organised to where they should be. Although we are yet to see the photographs (the wedding was only last Saturday) if the sneak preview is anything to go by they will all be fantastic. I simply could not wait any longer to write this – in a word Hana is amazing and the wedding day would not have been the same without her with us. Thank you Hana xx

I am slide content. Click edit button to change I knew Hana was meant to be our photographer when our first meeting consisted of 90% cat chat and 10% wedding. And then again in our engagement shoot she managed to make us feel so at ease – and actually get natural smiles from my other half! On our wedding day she was fantastic. So friendly, she put everyone at ease and the photos are stunning. So many people said they didn’t even realise she was there most of the time, she was so uninvasive (is that a word?!) and she produced some incredible pictures. She also got me and my hubby the cutest wedding present as well! Could not recommend her enough – my only regret is not getting her to take more pictures on the day! Thanks Hana!! Xx

Got our wedding photos this morning and so pleased with them! I wanted someone to naturally document our day and that’s exactly what I got. I’m a total camera phobe and you normally find me behind the camera taking the photos but I’m so happy with our couple session time and I even like me in the photos too! Hana went above and beyond on the day, even doing my daughters hair up in a plait, helping with my dress malfunction and pinning up my hair in the afternoon as it was such a hot day. Hana was amazing – we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She was confident and reassuring, she was funny and charming, and she managed our family and friends with aplomb! We absolutely love the photos! She really captured the atmosphere of the day – the photos were fun, relaxed, and really high quality. WOW, What can i say…. Hana was absolutely fantastic, we are totally delighted with our wedding photographs. Hana captured all of our special moments throughout the day as well as all of the detail. Hana was chosen to be our wedding photographer a while before the wedding and I’m so glad we did. She is fantastic at what she does and the photos are amazing. She is so friendly and brilliant at organising everything. It’s a shame when it all comes to an end really!

When I first met Hana we clicked straight away, her ideas and photography was exactly what we were after and she didn’t disappoint! We are blown away by the photos. Hana photographed our wedding at the old thorns on May 20th. Hana was a pleasure to have at our day and has done an incredible job taking our wedding photos. A lot of our guests commented on how friendly and organised Hana was. We paid extra for Hana to stay later into the evening to capture all of the embarrassing dance moves. Hana really captured the whole day for us which is so important as it all went so fast, We are now just having a hard time picking what photos that we want for our album as there are so many amazing shots. Hana was fantastic at our wedding on 14th May at St Mary’s Church and Titchfield Great Barn. She made everyone feel at ease and we had great fun. Other guests have since commented on how good she was on the day. Hana went the extra mile to get some great shots and can not have asked for better photos. Adults and kids had fun in the pop up photo booth to! Would highly recommend as a photographer for your wedding!

We had high hopes after booking Hana as our wedding photographer, and WOW after receiving the photos a few weeks after our wedding – we could not have been any happier, they were actually even better than I could have hoped for! Hana was our wedding photographer and from the time we met her over a year ago until now she has been wonderful and nothing was too much! Hana Venn = Superwoman of the photography world From our first meeting, to our pre wedding photo shoot, (which by the way is a brilliant way of getting used to the camera, although we didn’t need it being natural GAP models!!), to the moment she turned up at my parents’ house on the morning of the wedding with her cowboy style holster camera thingy…we knew Hana meant business, and boy she didn’t disappoint! In the church she was very discreet (as the vicar wished!) and Darren even said Hana calmed his nerves! She was great in the formal shots and knew it was time to take a break when my cheeks couldn’t take anymore smiling and kept making sure we were both ok throughout the day. So many people asked us if Hana was a close friend of ours and to be honest she felt like it as I seemed to run to her when things got a little overwhelming! Throughout the planning of the wedding Hana was really easy to communicate with and after the wedding Hana sent us a few photos and a brilliant write up in her blog. Since then we have had the photos back and they are just perfect everyone has commented how well Hana captured the day. The tough job now is to choose our favourites! So if you’re looking for a photographer who loves shooting a good wedding and who will make you super relaxed and produce the most stunning photos then Hana Venn is your gal.

Hana was a our wedding photographer a few weeks ago, she was brilliant she made everyone feel at ease and has a great sense of humour. She made us feel comfortable and got us some great photos (we are not natural models!) She got all the photos we asked for and more. The photos are amazing, she has a great style and makes great use of the surroundings. We also had the photo booth and props which was great fun and we have some hilarious shots! We are really happy with our photos and experience, she’s professional and friendly, you won’t be disappointed if you book Hana!

Hana was our photographer for our vow renewal last year and was truly amazing! We couldn’t fault her at all, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and was so friendly and a pleasure to be around. Hana is an absolutely FANTASTIC photographer. Before the day, communication was fabulous. Hana is really personable and came to the house for a consultation before we had booked, making us feel totally at ease and not at all pressured. We obviously decided to go ahead and book after this, and everything else was perfect. Hana fitted right in on the day, and we’ve had nothing but compliments! And the photos speak for themselves – so natural and really capturing the moment!! I am definitely singing Hana’s praises, because she really does deserve them 🙂 go ahead and book – you won’t regret it!

Hana is absolutely amazing! We could not ask for a better photographer. She didn’t just tick all the boxes but she did step an extra mile with her service. Hana was very professional and welcoming from our first meeting and continued the same way on our day as well. Hana is natural, not “pushy” and it felt from the start of the day as if my best friend would be taking pictures of us and all of our wedding guests. She has a lovely and bubbly personality. Hana Venn is truly the best, most natural photographer I’ve ever come across. Not only did she produce beautiful pre wedding photos but our photos from the day were stunning, she captured everything just right and did a beautiful job (you don’t even know that it’s raining). All of our guests loved her and her friendly personality. We would definitely recommend Hana to any looking for a photographer to capture your special moments

We knew Hana was the right photographer from us from the moment we met her. She is soo easy to chat to and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. We had great fun and banter on our engagement shoot. Hana was really responsive throughout the whole process, I am sure most brides will understand how important it is to have someone you can rely on. During the wedding day and the day after we were inundated with comments from our guests about how lovely, friendly, and professional Hana was. To top it all off our photos are absolutely fabulous and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t recommend Hana enough, thank you soo much x

Hana was brilliant from the engagement shoot to the wedding day. Couldn’t recommend her enough. I am not the best at having photos taken and have a limited attention span – Hana was patient with us and took superb photographs. If you are considering using her – definitely do. I cannot recommend Hana enough!! My now-husband and I couldn’t stop gushing about how wonderful she was throughout the day and our subsequent honeymoon (and he’s not one for overt displays like that). She spent the entire day with us from the wedding prep until our guests starting leaving after the nighttime reception, was sweet, kind, helpful and funny, and managed to make both of us, who HATE having our pictures taken, feel comfortable and completely at ease in front of the camera. She seemed to be in all the right places to get all the best shots, catching a lot fantastic one-off moments, but was never in the way – in the nicest possible way, I barely noticed she was there! She managed to get ALL the shots I’d asked for, even the ones I’d forgotten about, and wasn’t afraid to come and steal us away if she spotted a good shot she knew we’d want. Even before we’d seen the photos, we adored her and knew we’d be going back to her again, and now we have seen the photos she took I am just blown away by how perfect they are. She completely understood us and what we were going for and knew what we wanted better than we did ourselves. It was an absolute pleasure to have her around for the day, I wouldn’t wish to change anything about her or the incredible photos she has given us for the world ♥

It was such a pleasure to meet Hana and I knew she was perfect from the get go. Not only were our photos fantastic, she also saved me from a makeup mishap. We got married at Tournerbury Woods Estate, somewhere she frequents often, which is a huge plus as she knows where all the hidden gems are. Hana is an absolute DREAM. We loved her photography style from the start, and she made the entire process so easy. We knew we'd absolutely nailed it when we met her for our engagement shoot, were faced with gale force winds and half the beach was closed, but the way Hana made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera like she'd known us for years felt so natural. Nothing phases her! On the wedding day itself, she was so professional (despite getting a face-ful of lavender...sorry Hana!) and gelled with all our friends and family like she was a guest herself. We received our photos through so quickly, and they are absolutely STUNNING - it's incredible that Hana has managed to capture the emotions and spirit of the day in still images! I can’t thank Hana enough for what an amazing job she did on our wedding day! Choosing Hana as our photographer was one of the best decisions, if not the best decision, we made for our wedding.
