For me I imagine guests hiding inside, 101 touch ups to the brides hair and makeup and being seriously restricted when it comes to photographs. Unless you're heading to Southend Barns, and unless its Karen & George you're working with. Karen wore minimal makeup, and only wore a TINY bit because she was practically pinned down by her sister. Mostly because shes such a natural beauty, she had no need for it, but also because George has always known her and loves her without makeup- LOVE that! I don't think anybody was expecting the weather to be quite as fabulous as it was in late March, but nobody could have wished for more! I met Chloe at home in the morning, where it was lovely to see Jazz from Jazz Rawlins Bridal busy at work on the hair! SOUTHEND BARNS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER After a fabulous few months off from shooting weddings I was beyond excited to get back to it (and not be Mummy for a few hours!) Kerry and Nick tied the knot and celebrated their wedding at Southend Barns in West Sussex. Tucked away just south of Chichester, I have a LOT of weddings here this year and I couldn't be happier about it! On the day it was surprisingly sunny! I don't think many people who get married in March expect it to be sunny, let alone warm! The suncream was out (a shock to all!) and the shade was utilised! SOUTHEND BARNS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER I met Sophie and James at a Southend Barns wedding fair and told them they HAD to book me! I forgot where I was and we stood chatting about all things wedding (and just life in general) for AGES! With them living on the Isle of Wight, the level of organisation needed to pull the wedding off was more then normal, which Sophie absolutely smashed. Every detail went together perfectly, with the flowers matching the macrons by Queen Bees perfectly, through to the table decorations and bridesmaids dresses. Sophie's sense of humor and general silliness is completely infectious, and wherever she went throughout the day, laughter followed!
