SOUTHEND BARNS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY My second wedding at Southend Barns in a week! Chloe & James had a soft pastel pink wedding in the sunshine! I don't think anybody was expecting the weather to be quite as fabulous as it was in late March, but nobody could have wished for more! SOUTHEND BARNS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER After a fabulous few months off from shooting weddings I was beyond excited to get back to it (and not be Mummy for a few hours!) Kerry and Nick tied the knot and celebrated their wedding at Southend Barns in West Sussex. Tucked away just south of Chichester, I have a LOT of weddings here this year and I couldn't be happier about it! On the day it was surprisingly sunny! I don't think many people who get married in March expect it to be sunny, let alone warm! The suncream was out (a shock to all!) and the shade was utilised! Frustratingly I'm unable to migrate my years of blogs on the old website over to the new site! As a restaurant owner and manager, Lucy had an amazing attention to detail. Part of a large family, they really all teamed together to make this day extra special. TOURNERBURY WOODS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER Last summer I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Lauren & Marcs wedding at Tournerbury Woods Estate on Hayling Island. Starting off the day, the ladies got ready at Number Four Hotel in Southsea, which was a real treat for a photographer! With its huge windows it was full of light and the furnishings were a backdrop dream! The ceremony took place outside in the grounds of Tournerbury Woods, after Lauren took a short drive in a Vinnies Vintage Vehicles VW with her Dad over to Tournerbury from Southsea. The relaxed nature of the couple, spread to the entire wedding, continuing after the wedding ceremony through to the drinks reception on the sea front. ROWNHAMS HOUSE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER Angharad and Kevins Rownhams House wedding was filled with details which made the day beautiful and fun. After getting their hair and makeup done at a local salon (Calla Studio) , Angharad and her ladies made their way over to Rownhams House to get dressed where Kevin waited nervously! Not at all helped when a guest arriving was mistaken for Angharad and they arrived to everyone standing for them! The ceremony room at Rownhams House is unbelievable. With the dark wood paneling balanced by the abundance of light flooding in the floor to ceiling windows, it's a wedding photographers dream! SOUTHEND BARNS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER I met Sophie and James at a Southend Barns wedding fair and told them they HAD to book me! I forgot where I was and we stood chatting about all things wedding (and just life in general) for AGES! With them living on the Isle of Wight, the level of organisation needed to pull the wedding off was more then normal, which Sophie absolutely smashed. Every detail went together perfectly, with the flowers matching the macrons by Queen Bees perfectly, through to the table decorations and bridesmaids dresses. Sophie's sense of humor and general silliness is completely infectious, and wherever she went throughout the day, laughter followed! BONHAMS BARN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER This was my first time photographing a wedding at Bonhams Barn, and what a delight it was! Located near Alton in Hampshire, it really has the best views I have ever seen at a venue! Ysella and Bart tied the knot in a near by church, from which the guests walked in the sunshine up to the wedding reception at the barn. With street food being served in front of the barn and waffles for pudding, it really had a garden party feel to it. Complete with ceilidh dancing in the evening, the day was filled with a lot of love and liveliness.
